What Services Does InnerArt Offer?
Retreats
InnerArt offers Half-Day and Daylong Retreats both in Bridgewater and in a wide variety of off-site locations. Pamela is available to lead groups organized by you. Call or write to discuss particulars.
Private Sessions
For individuals and couples in Bridgewater and off-site.
NEW 60-minute session - $85
NEW Block of four 60-minutes sessions - $305
Regular 90-minute session - $125

Reflection Groups
Groups meet once or twice a month to reflect on process artwork members have done on their own. Dialogue, meditation and respectful listening comprise each session. Sessions usually run 2 hours. In Bridgewater and off-site.
Speaking Engagements
Pamela is available to speak to groups organized by you. Engagements
can include a 20-30 minute hands on process art experience requiring no special
logistical set-up.

Held at the First Presbyterian Church, 704 Whitney Ave., New Haven, CT
This daylong workshop will include a variety of inspiring creative experiences focused on splashing forth your self-expression, self-discovery and healing. It is the integration of the best Pamela and Jane have to offer. Let down and let go into the gentle guidance of them both.
All materials are provided. No experience necessary. Just bring lunch.
TUITION: $125 for each event. July 12th

Reflection Groups meet to verbally process what has transpired in each person's studio between sessions. A show and tell period opens each meeting, followed by meditation and then diving into an ordered conversation about each person's creation(s.)
Prerequisite for membership: Attendance at one or more daylong retreats/workshops OR two or three private sessions with Pamela. Everyone needs to be in the InnerArt groove in order to benefit themselves as well as other members.
The current Reflection Group of six members meets at the InnerArt office in Bridgewater, on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday evening of each month, from 6:45-9:00pm. Participants sign up for a six-session series at a time. The current series will run through the month of September.
A second Reflection Group may form in October. It will meet the on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evenings of each month for three months, also from 6:45-9:00pm. If you are interested in more details, please contact Pamela directly.
TUTION: For the 2008-2009 academic year beginning October 1, $240 for all six sessions.
